Boyfriends 21st? Hotels?

Its my boyfriends 21st birthday in a few months, But ive been thinking already about what to do for him. Im planning on getting him a silver bracelet and getting it engraved and a few small other gifts. He wants to go away somewhere for the weekend aswell just the 2 of us. I probably wont have more then £250 to spend and will have to be in the Uk does anyone know any nice places in the south west? I'd really love a posh hotel with a massive bed! it will only be for around 2 nights but does anyone know of nice hotels and places to visit?
