why is military service mandatory ? is there any different way to get that military card I mean can i buy it...?

Don't know what country you are in here in US it is not mandatory tho registering is.  If your country is like most you can end up spending longer in jail than in the military if you get caught trying to buy your way out if compulsory service.   If military service is mandatory it is usually bec the country's government feels that having ppl trained and ready to defend the country if need be is important.
