I am looking to buy two cheap used bikes for my boys to play on. Someone online has two boy bike for sale but they do not have pictures. The price is very cheap but the bikes are a little far from here so i want to see about what they look like before I purchase them.

Do you know where I can see a picture of a Venom Murray Blue 21 speed AND a Next Rampage Hardtail orange system 20? I also want to know how much they cost new. Any help will be apprecaited. Thanks

  1. As far as I know, Murray hasn't built bikes in at least a decade. The Next is a Walmart brand.

Unless you can get the pair for under $25, forget it. When new, these bikes sold for under $50 each. At the same time, if/when you buy them, understand that when they fail it won't be the doing of your kids, it will be the bike. They are terrible things to give to your kids and hope for their safety.

  2. These are both bottom end bikes. That's why they're cheap. These bikes can be bought on sale for $50. Sorry, but with the cost of gas, I wouldn't drive very far to look at them.

  3. yea try looking on the freakin internet, or just look for a different freakin bike!!!

  4. this is the Rampage http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d...

can't find the murray, but you have a BMX and a MTB here(two different styles of bikes), and your kids might fight over them.

  5. you'll spend more at the bike shop maintaining these bikes, than you will in purchasing them. unfortunately, this is not a good time of year to purchase a kids bike. many shops are sold out on kid bikes. however, the maintenance cost of a cheap bike, especially a used one that has no record of how it is maintained, will run higher in the long run, than the higher initial purchase, and typically lower maintenance, of a better quality bike purchased at a bike shop..
