In AL,congress is about to approve a law saying that people,mostly boys,who wear their pants down to the ankles(dumb,dumb,dumb..............) will start to get fined and arrested(Pull em' up or put yo hands up!!!) I need to hear sagging pants boys' opinions on the maybe-new-law.
