I love the wedding dress i picked out for my wedding in October! Its was beautiful. From the first time i saw the dress i knew it was the perfect one for me! Theres only one problem.......i didn't think about how hard it would be to find a bra! The back goes down pretty far, and since i have a pretty big bust, its not possible to go bra less!

So, Can any one give me some bra suggestions for this dress? Just remember, the back of the dress goes down far.

Heres a picture of the dress!http://www.marysbridal.com/GownDec07.htm

  1. wow, what a beautiful dress!!

I've heard of bras that plunge low in the back, but I found this website by typing in "wedding lingerie"... maybe you can find something?

Good luck and have a wonderful marriage!

  3. your dress is absolutely beautiful.  See if a seamstress could sew a bra right into it.  If not try the bra that you can wear 100 different ways from Victoria's Secret

  8. I recommend you deal with a local lingerie store.  Bring a picture of the gown.

They make something called a "backless" bra, which is really just a bra that hooks farther down on your back, or sometimes closer to waist.

A good lingerie shop will be able to fit you and ensure the bra will work with your dress.

If you happen to be in NJ, I recommend The Daine Shop in Morristown, NJ.

  9. they make bustiers with low backs for dress like this... you can find them for cheap on ebay

or you can do what i did (same problem) i got those adhesive bras they sell at walmart. they were like $20 and they got this special adhesive that makes them stick right to you, with a clasp in front to create cleavage. they work great!!

  10. This is the best longline out there:

it will go long enough, make sure to buy it in nude so it doesn't show up under your dress

This might work as well, I would try it on to be sure that the strap around the middle doesn't create a line you can see.

Good luck on your fittings, and I do hope this helped.

  14. Have your seamstress add a bra right into the dress. That is what they did for my dress. It was great - and a lot easier than trying to find one that would work with it.

I love your gown! It's absolutely beautiful and very elegant.

    Good luck!

  15. Sew a bra right into the dress, find a bra that fits around your waist, or use the Invisi Lifts like this:

    http://www.amazon.com/Bring-Up-Instant-B...

(just make sure you also get the nipple covers, too!)

    or this:

I have good success with the lifts.

    Congratulations!

  16. They make bras for that. It fastens around your waist and has supports sewn in the front to give support. I would check Victoria's Secrets or even different bridal shops for one. I would start where you bought the dress. Since they sell it, they should be able to tell you where to get the right bra.

  17. this has a lot of backless bras which are exactly what you need your dress is gorgeous and some of the bras here are really inexpensive hope your wedding is amazing congrats

  18. Look up low back bra on google.  Check out the one below.

  19. If your okay with it,maybe you can have someone put in padding on your chest part that way they'll be covered. Not thick padding since your busty, but enough to cover the pointies, you know hehe. That way you wont have to worry about the bra line in the back.

  20. Try Victoria's Secret, they have a bra that straps many different ways.
