go to Victorias secret and try on the Biofit; each size has a specific thing done to the bra to work for you.

ex:I'm a DD and the bra supports and makes your b***s a nice shape and not too big...

check out Maiden Form. it's in most macy's stores, and they range from $15 to the max $30. their bras have a very pretty cup shape, and they won't weigh your back down. also, they don't cost as much as the victoria's secret ones. i also recommend bras from American Eagle.

Basically a bra that's not padded that covers and has wire supporting it. Try the Candies or L.e.i collection in Kohls or Playtex. Those three brands have cute designs that cover pretty well and aren't too kiddy or adultish.

the experts say that most women wear the wrong size bra. the first thing that i would do is to go to a department store and get fitted that way you know your correct size (its usually different than you think).

they can also give you tips on how a bra should fit in the cup size, back strap and top straps.

you can have support and sexiness at the same time so go with your s**y self gir-r-rl!

until recently I would have said the Victoria's Secret Ipex Demi was the best one. However, after having one too many wires pop out, I recently discovered at Nordstrom's by Natori called: Contour Underwire Bra.

It is a bit pricey, but so completely worth it.
