Ok I am a 36A and it is starting to get tight. I think i need a next size up. However, the store I shop at, in the Jr's section only has a cups. (it is the cups that are getting to small). They also don't have 38. So when I get the next size up would I go to womens? If so would I start at like a 30 again? Please help and thanx for any advice.

  1. Measure around your chest under your b*****s and that is the number measurement then measure around your b*****s and find the difference. 1 inch is and a cup 2 is a b and so on. For example the first measurement is 30 and the second in 32. The diffrence is 2 inches your size would be a 30B Or you can go to Victoria secrets and get a professional measurement.

  2. Go to Victoria's Secret and ask them to do a bra fitting to find your correct size.

  3. Try a 34 B

  4. you could go to victorias secret and they will mesure you

  5. What you need to do get measured or measure yourself. You can go into any ladies department store and ask a clerk to measure you, I would recommend a Victoria Secret.

If you can't find a place than measure yourself or have your mom or friend do it for you. What you need to do it find a soft tape measure or a long piece of string. Put on the best fitting bra you have and wrap the tape tightly around you just underneath your b*****s where the bottom of the bra hits. This number (in inches) will be the number in the size you need (for example the 30, 32,34,36,38 ect.) Next wrap the tape tightly around the fullest part of your breast, just under the nipple. Now subtract your first measurement from this new one, this will tell you the cup size.

    1in. difference= A cup bra

    2in. difference= B cup bra

    3in. difference= C cup bra

    4in. difference= D cup bra

5in. difference= DD cup bra   ect.

For example my size is 34D. That means that I am 34 inches around just underneath my b*****s (where the bottom of the bra hits you) and 38 inches around at the fullest part of my b*****s.

I would recommend doing this a few times until you get approximately equal measurements. If you're between sizes then try a few bras of both sizes and see what works best for you. Good luck hope this helps.

  6. The number is a measurement around your ribs. You will stay at a 36 most likely. Most adult women don't go over 36. You would just be a 36B.
