Bra trouble please help.?

This is quite embarrassing.. but here goes..

I am having trouble finding the right bra size (i know i should go and get fitted, but because of the size of my b***s i would have to go to a specialist shop and there arent any round where i live).

SO, I buy a bra that seems big enough but it hurts around the middle and is too tight on my b***s, so i go the next size up and it still hurts. I go even bigger and it still digs in around the middle on the losest catch, plus the wire comes out at the front which usually means that the cup size is too small also, but it doesnt seem to be too small. If I went higher back size (they dont go higher cup size) then the cups would also be bigger.

Not sure if this makes sense, but any help would be appreciated.

PLEASE NO NASTY ANSWERS - IM NOT IN THE MOOD AND I'LL REPORT YOU TO YAHOO.

THANKS PEOPLE.

  1. A sporty bra sounds like a good idea but another place that might have something good is Marks and Spencer. Don't be worried that they'll all be 'grannyish' because they aren't. my aunt has a similar problem and it sounds like she's a similar size to you. She buys there too.

    try these too

Hope this helps - and lucky you having big b***s! (mine are tiny!)

  2. I'm sorry, I'm probably not much help, but the only thing i can suggest for now is buy yourself some really comfortable sports bras. You can get really good quality ones, and hopefully they will work until you are able to find something you are truly happy with.

Im sorry I'm not much help!

  3. Hiya. Not sure what back size you are wearing or aiming for but I fully understand the problem as I work in a shop for ladies like you.

The biggest and best commercially available for K cup that we have found are Panache- either the Harmony full cup or TangoII (style no. 3251). They are available up to a 40K, which to accommodate your b***s you can buy in a larger-than-you-need back size and then have the band taken in. Hope that helps. If you can get to South London, here's where to go http://www.thefittingstudio.co.uk/index....

  4. Why not Knit your own !

  5. Any shop that does measuring will be able to tell you your size, they don't have to sell your size for them to measure you. If the problem is that there are no shops that measure in your area at all then you can try it yourself to give you an idea of your size.

Using a soft tape-measure, firstly measure around your chest under your bust, at the level where the lowest part of your bra should sit. Try not to let the tape slip down at the back; it needs to be level all the way along. Take this measurement (in inches): if it is even, add four, if it is odd, add five. The resulting number is your band size.

Next, measure around the fullest part of your b*****s; don't squish them. This measurement in inches is your bust size.

To obtain your cup size, subtract your band size from your bust size. If the two are the same, you are an A cup. If your bust size is one inch larger than your band size, you are a B cup, two inches larger and you are a C cup. This continues through the alphabet, though not in a strictly linear fashion, due to the presence of cup sizes such as DD.

  6. Mmmm baby i wanna drizzle hot chocolate all over your fun bags and motor boat your b***s;)

  7. try going to the 'simply be' website, and look at the 'simply yours' underware. you should be able to order a catalogue on line, and they will give you a sizing chart and tell you how to measure yourself properly. they do big sizes for the bigger woman. good luck

  8. http://www.hipsandcurves.com/plus-size-l...

this website has a lot of pretty bras and the sizes go pretty high

  9. I am rather large up top, too...44 DD, and I prefer sports bras...definitely no wires...they are always digging in! Try looking at sports shops online...remember to use their measure guide when ordering...Good luck!
