Braces, Teeth hitting lower brackets?

Question

I just got braces today and now im noticing that my top 2 middle teeth are hitting the brackets below them.. like im surprised i havn't accidently bitten them off yet and because of this NONE of my teeth touch together!

I'm just wondering if this is normal.. im gonna call my ortho tormorrow but just want to know from other ppl with braces

Very normal.  It'll go away soon! :)

its not normal...i got my braces on at diffrent times because my ortho didnt want that to happen...its a good idea to cal him tomorrow

I got mine yesterday and it does that too.

I guess its supposed to do that.
