Braces / Yellow Teeth?

I Just Got My Top Braces Put In And I Wanted to Know If I Could Brush My Teeth Today?

... And I Have Been Noticing That I Have Yellow Teeth How Could I Make Them White Again?

You should brush your teeth regularly when you have braces. Your dentist or orthodontist might've showed you nasty pictures of people who didn't brush their teeth around their braces well enough and had a lot of plaque build up. Mine did, and it scared me into brushing my teeth after every meal.

I wouldn't recommend trying to whiten if you have braces. The spots under your braces will remain the same color, so just wait until you get them off. I've had a lot of success with Crest Whitestrips. Good luck and happy brushing!

Yes, you can brush today. It just might be a bit sore and your gums may bleed a little.

You can try putting some baking soda on your tooth brush or buy a whitening toothpaste. And rinse your mouth with mouth wash after brushing. Don't forget to floss!
