Braces and Flossing ?

Question

ok so i have a question i just got braces like 2 days ago and i totally forgot how to my orthodontist taught me how to floss... Ive tried looking on the internet and i got most of it what i don't get is how do u move to the next tooth like when ur on one tooth how do u move the floss to the other ones do u take out the floss and put it on the thread again and put it back in ur mouth for each tooth? because when i tried i couldn't do it another way. if this is the way to do it if anyone knows a easier way plz let me know! Also is a water pic ok for braces? and if it is how do u use it?
