Braces help , plz help me !!!!

Question

well i've had my braces now for about 2 weeks. on my front tooth i have noticed a little brown mark by my bracket and i've tried to get it offf but i cant do it. i've tried brushing it off, and scratching it with my nail but it wont dissappear. its not massive its like a little dot but its still there and its annoying me. even worse i have the dentists 2moro and im scared he is gonna say i cant brush my teeth properly, nd that makes me feel stupid and thick. i dont want him to know cuz i hate him. nd if i can see it , he will !!!! its on th glue part of my brace - will that matter ? how can i get it off ? will it stain my teeth when the brace comes off ? - as i only eat what is suitable for my brace !!!

woah chill out m8, if i had a penny for every ripped elastic and pulled off bracket then I would have £1 almost, lol. I don't think it matters, you're worrying about it too much and your getting paranoid too.

don't worry that happen to everyone that has braces and i used to have them i know how that feels! but don't try to scratch it harder and it won't matter. the first day i had my braces i had the same problem and when i tried to get rid of it, the braces broke!

It might be the stuff holding the braces onto your teeth. It can sometimes discolour in places. Try asking the dentist for a little pipecleaner type thing that you can push between the metal of the brace and your teeth to clean the teeth where your toothbrush can't reach.

Don't worry, the dentist will understand that it's pretty difficult to clean your teeth with a brace on. It's most likely nothing to worry about.
