Braces help ,e please?

ok im going to the first appointment forthe orthodonist and i just wanna know what they do there idk what its called but my mom says they take pics of my teeth is there any info i need to know about them and the reason i need them is my vampire teeth are higher than they are supposed to be how are they going to fix this?? please help

If your orthodontist is anything like mine in NYC, what he did was on the first visit just told me I needed braces and how much they were going to cost me.

Second appt, they take xrays pictures and molds so they can design a plan for your treatment. then physically put the braces on.

haha i totally had vampire teeth too but mine are straight now.

They just put brackets on and a wire to pull them down.

The first appointment they put this tray of pink stuff in your mouth to make a mold.

Try to to throw up , its a lot. breathe through your nose.

They take pictures, too.

And x rays.

they take impresions, and pics of your face, and teeth, along with an xray of your teeth.

They explain your treatment too

they will do an impression of your teeth x ray and fit the brace

its all uncomfortable but so worth it

you will be grinning like a cheshire cat when they are done

oh dont worry the ortho isnt that scary all there gunna do to pull those teeth down is put brackets on them and put a wire through the bracket and then they will look beautiful:D

the first appt is just them looking at your teeth and determining how to fix it. so i cant tell you what theyd do for your "vampire teeth" but thats what the first appt is for. its boring and getting braces is like a few months long process.

well, my best guess is that that they are going to just give you braces, i had the same problem, when they put the braces on it will even out and pull down on all of that. The first day you will probably get, spacers, x-rays and molds. It isnt bad. Best luck!
