Braces making tongue sore?

I got braces two days ago and this morning I noticed this white patch on my tongue. I have been rubbing my braces with my togue alot, so maybe that might be causing the problem?

  1. Yes not only it makes your tounge soar but even cuts the insides of your cheek and is a pain im so glad i just got my braces off


  2. i got braces on friday to i would stop rubbing the braces with your tongue
