Braces please help. :]?

Question

ok well i just got my bracess today and they didnt hurt at all then they started to hurt pretty bad.

and they hurt =[

anybody know what to do?

Take a paracetamol. It seriously works. And like the other person said, get some wax to put on the areas that are giving you ulcers.

You might also be wondering what to eat. I used to eat mashed potato and soup. Don't eat apples!!!!

Your teeth will only ache when you get the wires tightened. So just take a painkiller and it will soon disappear. Hope that helps! x x x

I had them, and there really isn't anything you can do, try drinking something warm. Your teeth will hurt everytime you get new wires too. Just part of making your teeth straight. You'll get use to it.

hang in there, i had them, if they are scratching you then get some wax from ur DR and put it on the area
