Braces!!??!!??!!??!!?

Heyyyy you guys!!!! I just got my braces on Monday and I was wondering is there any special brand or kind of tooth brush and tooth paste that works particually good with braces??? Thanks so much:-))))

Well, you should use electric toothbrushes, or look for Oral-B brand toothbrushes. I'm not sure about toothpaste, but Crest works pretty well for me!

Well the dentist i was at recommended me getting a sonic care tooth brush, but it is what i use any way. Or any tooth brush that vibrates when you brush. You can use any toothpaste you want, Aquafresh and Crest Pro health are good toothpastes.

no but you are gonna want to get what they call a proxy brush to clean under neath the wire and in between the brackets.

It doesn't make a difference either way.  But flossing with braces is hard as c**p. It takes patience.

No, just make sure that when you brush your teeth you brush in downward circles above the brackets on the top teeth and in upward circles below the brackets on the bottom teeth. Another really nice product to invest in with braces in a Waterpic, it works amazing to get all the food out quickly from in between your teeth!
