Braces??????????

Yesterday i had my braces fitted n now it is hurting so much...by haveing pain killer , will it gonna stop this pain? wat u did wen ur braces hurt u? its killing me

I have my braces off now and i have to wear a retainer

It hurts so much when you dont wear it for a while then put it in =/.

Mine hurt too, it hurts people differantly cause some people dont feel pain as much.

After about a week you will forget you have them, trust me. When my friend said i would forget i had them, i didnt believe her, but i really did forget in the end!

It will gradually become less sore as time goes on, within a week you should be fine.

Just dont eat anything that involves a lot of chewing or thatd hurt =/

Ive Had Braces For 2 Years Now, And They Hurt When You First Got Them In For About 2 Days. Dont Eat Hard Things, Just Stick To Soft Foods For About 2 - 4 Days.

I've also had braces for about 2 years now. After getting then fitted/tightened they do hurt for a few days. Mine never do that bad, but it depends on the person, and what they're doing with your braces. A Pain Killer, such as advil, tylenol, etc. will help. It may not completely stop the pain. But it will help, alot.

When my braces hurt, I ate soft foods for the day, and sometimes I took pain killers. Also, I have to wear elastics, or rubber bands (depending on what you call them) and when mine hurt, I take out the elastics for a while - that helps alot too.

Well, the best thing to do is to take some tylennol, eat very soft foods, and go to sleep early. Trust me, i have had braces, and im in 8th grade. The pain will not stop, unless you get like, the gel that you put on teeth for toothaches, but that is sort of expensive. so i would stick to what the first part says. hope this helps. message me if you want any more help.

yeah they hurt when u first get them in but the pain will go completely after a week but keep taking pain killers like 1 in mornin 1 in afternoon 1 before u go bed

I had braces for four years, and it was hellish. Take an advil, and use wax.
