Everyone is built differently so when you get

your braces off average 2 years but maybe 3-4 months

you'll notice a huge difference!

It took my cousin about a month to notice her bottom teeth moving

she had really bad teeth though

growing in random spots

surgery and everything even sideways teeth..

but they look super great now, and it's been a year.

i think it depends on how much work you had done and how far your teeth need to move; there are only going to be dramatic changes if your teeth were really misaligned before the braces.

I had five teeth pulled right before i got my braces on, and i noticed that the really large gaps started to close noticeably.

it wasn't until a little more than two years that my teeth were perfectly straight, but a lot was fixed within the first six months.

my friend, however, only had little gaps in between her teeth, and when she first got her braces she didn't notice very much of a difference.

i think it mostly depends on how old you are. if you're relatively young like in your teens then i think it would be faster. also, it would probably depend how bad your teeth are (crooked, i mean). for me, i had braces when i was about 11 or 12 and it only took a year to get them all straight and get my braces off and get a retainer. however, i only had around 2 teeth to really fix.
