Braces retainer not holding teeth?

Hi guys, I got my braces off recently, I have a problem. My teeth don't seem to stay in place with the retainer, the retainer's not working.

Do all retainers allow a little bit of movement, or is my retainer bad, is it justifiable to ask for a new one?

no. id get a new one, notify your dentist ASAP!

You dont want your teeth to get all crooked again and possibly wear braces again.

Well I'm not a dentist..

When I got my retainer it was like braces all over again... It was so tight the headaches came back.

So I would say no, that's not good at all.
