How good is this : http://www.motogp.com/en/motogp/motogp_news.htm?menu=news&news_id=21366 news ?

This is just what the 15 year old needs. The Honda was just not fast enough this year.

I have been looking forward to 2008 anyway, but now, its going to be even better!

  1. Hey Wiggy

Sounds like good news - Pasini has had a pretty good season so there's no reason why Bradley shouldn't have a better one next year.

    Roll on 2008

  2. too true, bradley smith is a promising young rider.

the honda was a barge this year, so he should show his class on a decent 125, like the aprilia.

  3. great news the boy is talented. I am still a bit worried if the crash has slowed him down. and I hope he can get to race pace a bit quicker. slow starts. I should say he starts well drops back and finishes well. I really do wish him all the best. I will be shouting at the TV. Go on Bradders. a shout for young Scott  too. thats a result too for 2008.

  4. Polaris is a good team, although I'm sure you remember the problems Pasini had with his bike...

And then again, he is only 16 and has the chance to be in this team. He has great potential, I'm sure we'll be seeing much more of him!

  5. If he can get this seasons Honda 125 on the podium (as he did at Le Mans), the first Brit to manage it for 18 years! Just imagine what he should be able to do on a Polaris World Aprilia.

This news bodes really well for British racing. Its about time a brit has been given a chance on competitive machinery.

    Go Bradders!! Do us proud!

  6. That's really good news! For him and for us the fans! As the season progressed my wife and I would be cheering him on every race. I agree the Honda just wasn't competitive enough for him, but perhaps it allowed him to learn some valuable skills from the Repsol team that he can bring to the Polaris team.

On a side note I'm hoping someone picks up Steve Bonsey so he can continue his education in the 125 class.
