Brady chasing maiden victory in Great Snoring Beginners´ Chase
Brady has got a solid chance of claiming the Great Snoring Beginners´ Chase at Fakenham in England on Tuesday, November 20, 2012. He will have to weather the storm from four other quality runners, as the competition in the class-3 contest will be a close
one.
The weather has been perfect for racing over the past couple of days, thus the going has remained good. This will allow all of the participants to be aggressive in the race, as the ground is going to be quicker.
However, it will not be a clever idea to attack from the start, as the overall distance to cover will be 3 miles and 110 yards. The action is scheduled to kick off at 14:00 GMT and the winner will be awarded a cash prize of £5,848 in the end.
Out of all the runners, First Fandango has managed to get the attention of the bookmakers, as he has done well in chase events until now. He will definitely attract some bets from the punters, but things will not be that easy for him at the end of the day.
Overall, the five-year-old gelding has got an experience of 25 races, but his strike rate is not an impressive one. Despite that, his confidence level will not be bad, as he has done well over fences and there is a chance for him to be highly competitive
today.
The Tim Vaughan’s trainee has participated in a couple of chase events, finishing as a runner up in both of them. This goes onto show that he has the potential to be right up there in this format.
However, Brady will not allow anyone else to be dominant at Fakenham, as his performances have been consistently good. He cannot be taken lightly at all and the bettors should gamble on him today.
The talented gelding started off his career with a couple of impressive victories, but has been unable to continue the winning momentum since then. He appeared in one chase event as well and secured the runner up spot in it.
This time, the Donald McCain’s trainee will be looking to break the shackles and win his first ever race in this format under jockey, Jason Maguire.
