Brain drain - how can it be stopped?

Brain drain and reverse brain drain go around in cycles.

For instance, highly skilled workforce went to US and UK to work, because of lack of jobs in their country. Now, they are coming back to India, and effectively are reversing the brain drain that had hit india when they left. This is leaving USA with a reverse brain drain. So when India has fully developed, and become an MEDC, what'll happen is that highly skilled workforce will go to India to work, come back to USA to help USA and India will suffer another brain drain.

Now to question is, how can brain draink be prevented? Brain drain is currently happening in Iran, India (it's slowly reversing here), Pakistan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia

On the face of it, we must note that our Education System Has Absolutely No Relevance Towards Professionally And Socially Orienting Our Younger Generations To Solve India's Own Problems. Instead, today all the Institutions are vying with each other to "push away" our brightest youngsters to be subservient to the Western world.

Provide more opportunities in India. Actually now there is a reverse brain drain taking place with Indians coming back home after completing their studies.

Make it compulsary that the people graduating from IIT,IIM ,IISC etc to compulsarily work in India for atleast 5 years, give them good opportunity and treat them well.
Thus brain drain can be reduced only by introducing some rules against it. So it is in the hands of the human beings to develop and work for their nation.

Brain Drain - A Burning issue of today's time. It can be stopped only by the efforts of Government of particular country . Government should develop modern techniques so that under developed countries compete with the facilities of developed countries.
