Brain drain or brain river?

the way people flocking to other countries and the way they are converting to NRI it is no longer be described in the form of a drain - it has already taken the forn of a river if not ocean.

If u are at a stage where u have to be told what a brain is, surly u will not understand any answers at all!

As ulgam says, u cannot put a $ fig on the following

1)The rich  knowledge and skills that they commute back home

2) the admiration and good will they creat oversees as result of their ethics.(much to the envy of u know who)

3)many of them come back home to gain from and contribute to Indias improving economy.

Let there be a brain deluge. We have got so much population flow, that we can afford to have that. Further, the financial benefit in the form of foreign money returning in the form of returns form the expatriates will also be an additional benefit.

Earlier good people who are capable of doing something left their country. Now many people are leaving. It does not mean that all people who left are with good brain. So, considering the number of good brain's migration, it is brain drain and it will not be brain river or ocean. Brain drain is associated with 'brain' not the number of people with or without brain.
