Brain tumor experience and diagnosis?

After your first head mri / ct scan, how long was it until you were diagnosed with a brain tumor?

Every body and tumor probably is different and acts different.  My bro in law..didnt know he had one till he had a car accident.  His was fatal and he died from his brain tumor 5weeks later.  The only up was that he didnt know what was going on.  Good luck.
