I go to work usually around 1:00PM or 2:00PM and there are cars everywhere on NC hwy 55. Sometimes it seems like there's heavy traffic even off commute times. Just who is playing hooky from work at those times everyday? Or Who is driving around and where are they going?

I work at SuperTarget so it's not a normal 9-5, mon-fri job.

Schools discharge at 2:30PM BTW.

It's mostly in Apex though.

Probably all the mothers or housewives that don't have jobs.

They are out shopping with their children doing their daily errands.
