Brand new Sansa Clip not recognized in My Computer

Question

hi there. I bought a Sansa Clip 2 G from Best Buy on Saturday for my son. We went to plug it into the computer and a little "new hardware found" icon appeared on the screen, but it was not recognized in My Computer so I don't know where to download the files. Also, at the beginning it showed "connecting" when I plugged it in the USB port, but now it doesn't do anything... any helpful suggestions?pc doesent recognize the mp3
