Brand new laptop Acer Aspire

Brand new laptop Acer Aspire 5735Z will not power on... Took out battery and connected power pack and still will not power on... I just brought laptop and Best Buy replaced 2 days after I purchased with new one because of bad mouse pad.. Now this one was working fine and it won't come on when I hit power button.. Only light on is battery charging light
