  1. This problem is called "purity error" it occurs when there is magnetic interference in the environment surrounding the set. It causes the electron beam from the TV to be focused on the wrong place, causing the incorrect pixel to be lit. It will be corrected if you do the following

    1. Turn the TV off at the wall, move any magnets away from it (Speakers have magnets in them, they are the main cause). So move away any speakers/stereos/fridge magnets/fans/anything else with a motor. Only has to be half a meter, you could even try doing it while the set is on to see the color change..

    2. Let the TV completely cool down (this may take a few hours, so try doing it overnight

    3. Turn the TV back on in the morning, see how it goes!

    4. If all is well, slowly start introducing things closer to the TV, it is always easier to do this test on the blue screen, like when your in AV, or have no signal.

If it is still the same the next day, try the set in another room, the earths natural magnetic field, or the field in your house could be causing it.

If it's not changing at all, confirm you have not dropped the TV, dropping the TV can cause the shadow mask to warp, the shadow mask is a guide for the electron beam.

  2. even no box it still under warranty.  Bring to any service shop for fixing the problem
