Does anyone know what brand of BBQ they use on the condiment bar at WW Cousins?

This is the sauce used. Most restaurants use this sauce and add a few of their own "secret" ingredients.

If I write out the name, the silly spell checker keeps popping up because it wants me to spell it as "cattleman's." Now I'm getting that I've used "a lot of punctuation." Perhaps that is because I know how to punctuate.
