Brand of women's riding pants low rise?

I may be wrong but I have not seen any riding pants that are made in the lowrise fashion.  It sort of defeats the purpose of the pants as they are designed for protection when riding or racing.  If half your behind is hanging out of them, the pants would not be doing their job.  

All the girls I have seen wearing mxpants don't have a low rise pair.
