Brandon Krause: Danny Garcia is a typical pugilist who throws jabs in American style – Boxing News
Brandon Krause shared his detailed analysis on Amir Khan-Danny Garcia bout, commenting that Garcia junior is a tough pugilist and has the ability to throw good, clean shots, adding that at the moment there is a big question mark as to what can Danny do when
the going gets tough.
Krause is well known as one of the best boxing trainers in the boxing world who has sparred with many top-notch pugilists. Being the most significant member of Outlaw Boxing Clubs’ training staff, Brandon has aided many brawlers in preparing them for their
high-profile bouts.
The famous boxing trainer recently shared his view point on the upcoming Danny-Amir clash. Garcia and Khan will meet at the Mandalay Bay Resorts & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, in a 12-round bout with WBA world super and WBC light welterweight
titles up for grabs.
During the past few days, the simple one-on-one clash has been converted into a heated rivalry thanks to Garcia’s father who bashed Khan with some serious comments. Even Brandon also shared his excitement regarding the fiery press conference and said that
the bout is between two of the best and therefore such a drama should be tagged along with so as to capture substantial media and fans attention.
When asked as to what he thinks about Danny, his abilities, his brawling stance, and take on strategy, Brandon stated, “Garcia is a big question mark. He needs to show what he can do when the going gets tough. I thought Erik Morales made a rally and gave
Danny problems. He bloodied his nose and was able to land shots. I know that Erik is an old and fat Morales but he is still Erik Morales.”
Krause moved on and pronounced Khan as the winner of the 12-round wild ride. Brandon further added, “I think Danny is more of a typical boxer. He looks stylish, he’s got a jab, he has got that American style and likes to throw left hooks. He likes to roll
underneath punches and things like this. I see Amir Khan being too seasoned too used to the big stage for Danny to win. I think it will be a competitive fight but I think at the end of the day Amir Khan wins via unanimous decision.”
The statement is big and when it is the brain child of a renowned boxing trainer, Danny should take it seriously. The bout will definitely be the toughest test of his career and a win will certainly aid him in galloping up the rankings.
