What is the format for listing name, street address, city, state and zip code for brazilian mail?

Well, I am not a Brazilian but I lived in Brazil for a few years.

Usually the address would be:-

Recipient's name

Street name, number (e.g. Rua Leopodo, 3490)

City (e.g. Bauru)

State (usually abbreviated such SP means Sao Paulo, RJ is Rio de Janeiro)

Zip Code (written as C.E.P)
