Brat 3 year old (BOY)?

I understand your supposed to cry alot when your a toddler and everything etc. But not this much. This boy, oh yeah i thought it was the girls that cried mosttly. and anyway he cries every five minutes im nit exjadurating serious every 5 minutes 24/7 and he is 3. He can walk fine not on all fours he can run. He cant catch a ball or kick one But like his parents are fine with it. And at 6 o' clock in the morining they are playing with the top os there voices. Basically If im busy this This child comes up to me and says can i play with you. (im 13 he is 3)

I say sorry im busy maybe later and he goes hysterical in a tantrum. Then his oparents come outside and are like Oh i will play with you cus the big bouy is being and and doesnt want to play with you. And i feel like slapping that bítch. and im getting really annoyed and he keeps on breaking into my house say if we leave the door open he will come in break everything when i calmly escort him out, He goes histerical has trantums a crie

sounds like a lack of parenting on the childs end. and your parents need to have a talk with these parents and tell them to keep a freakin eye on their kid.

He comes to your house by himself? Where are his parents? Where are your parents when this is happening? Your parents need to deal with this not you. They need to have a talk with this childs parents, the childs mom and dad should NOT expect a 13 year old to entertain their kid...they are just looking for a FREE babysitter...knowing if you entertain him they won't have to. Tell them next time they try to make you feel guilty for not wanting to play with their Toddler that you will be happy to entertain their child when they start paying you for babysitting. That will stop them.  As far as his crying goes he's 3 and 3 year olds cry.
