Braxton hicks at 16 weeks?

This is my 2nd pregnancy. I think I'm feeling braxton hicks at 16 weeks. Is that normal?

  1. I believe you can get them at any time. Mines started at 18 weeks. I am 29 weeks and still get them. My dr says all is fine. Good luck toyou!


  2. You can have them throughout your pregnancy, but most women don't feel them until later on.  When I had an ultrasound done at 14 weeks I actually had a BH contraction and saw it on the monitor, but I didn't feel anything.

  3. WELL I MEAN FROM MY POINT OF VIEW AND ME BEING 29 WEEKS AND ALLREADY HAD A BABY PLUS IM AN RN AND MY HUSBANDS AN OBGYN YOUR BODY CANT EVEN PREPARE FOR BRAXTON HICKS CONTRACTIONS SO WHAT YOUR FEELING IS DEFINETLY NOT THEM SO YEA CALL YOUR DOC
