Brazil coach Mano Menezes believes that striker Neymar should play in the English Premier League

Brazilian striker, Neymar Da Silva, is one of the most promising youngsters in the world at the moment, and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 national team coach, Mano Menezes, thinks that the teen sensation should sign for a Barclays Premier League (BPL) club in order to improve
his overall game. The Brazil manager feels that BPL is the most competitive league in the world, and Neymar would benefit from playing against top quality defenders.
Menezes said, "I think that playing in the Premier League could only be good for Neymar as it would be confirmation of his development. English football would make him stronger and help to escape strong marking. I don't see any problem. But Brazil fans will
be deprived of watching a good player."
Currently, Neymar is playing his club football for Brazilian club Santos, where the talented striker has been sensational, scoring 58 goals in 110 appearances. The striker’s prolific goal scoring prowess has seen him being compared to Brazilian legend http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Pele-c40189.
Several European clubs have shown their interest in the 19-year-old including Real Madrid, Barcelona, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rodrigues-c31508, in 2010 but Santos
dismissed these reports.
In an international friendly between Brazil and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Scotland-c756, Neymar bagged a brace and guided his country to a 2-0 victory. The striker gave Brazil the lead just before the half-time mark and successfully converted a 76th minute penalty to double
the Selecao’s lead.
Santos have a contract with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Neymar-c27639 until 2014, but will entertain a good offer. Reports indicate that Santos are holding out for a bid in the range of 30 million pounds.
Roman Abramovich’s Chelsea are favourites to include the Brazilian youngster in their ranks. In 2010, Chelsea had a 17 million pound bid for the player turned down by Santos but the Blues are likely to make an improved offer in summer of 2011. Michael Emenalo,
