Brazil nuts, a health concern?

I've eaten about roughly 12 (At the most) chocolate covered brazil nuts. I forgot how fattening they are. Will this be damaging to my health? I'm kinda paranoid.

  1. no

    dont worry so much

  2. Why? Is there a health warning out or something?

  3. If you workout you should be fine. You have to burn more than you take in.

  4. 12 is ok but are you sure it wasn't 13? That could be real bad ....

  5. Brazil nuts are very fatty, but they have good fats. 12 is a reasonable serving. They are healthier when they are dry-roasted and not covered in chocolate, but if you're not diabetic, a bit of chocolate isn't going to destroy your diet or have any  ill effects. Chocolate has magnesium and some antioxidants, so it wasn't a waste of calories like a donut or a twinkie would have been.

Usually 8-15 nuts count as a serving, depending on the size.

They won't damage your health. Fat is not bad for you- too much  fat is.

If you're that worried about calories, walk for 30 minutes or run for 15-20 minutes and you'll burn the calories right off.
