Brazil shipping format - PLEASE?

Im am shipping a package to brazil, but the person im send it to has never recived or sent anything so they do not know what the shipping format is.

How do i put all the info below into a address format that i can put on a package and will get delivered

CEP (it is important to have the number of the CEP) - you can check in www.correios.com.br (through the adress)

You must follow your country shipping format, not ours.

But, I can tell you in advance that street, probably does not exist.

The correct format and address with the zip code (called CEP in Brazil) is listed below.  We own a publishing company in Rio with access to determining the Brazilian zip codes.
