    Sustained.

    Thank you.

Dude, either do it or don't.  Don't go looking for a confidence boost from yahoo answers.

  2. Hi Robert

Nice 2 know u r about 2 revive ur skills.

I have been a Kyukushin player 3 years ago. And all of my 3  instructors used 2 call me Jet Lee. In my very first belt test, they gave me Yellow belt player (4th belt) to fight with. And after this fight, my chief instructor hugged me in the ring. So I was pretty good 2.

Now I have rejoined my game 2 weeks ago and luckily I have found Pakistan's National Amateur MuayThai Champion to train me. It was hard to cope with the class level initially but it took me a week to manage. Now I feel more confident and my initial experience also seems to be helping me.

So, in martial arts, u r never late sweetheart.

If you think its learning, rate my answer.

    Thank you

    Mr K
