im taking it this summer and i wanna be more flexible so how do i do it i play lacrosse and am way conditioned and still working on it so i dont need to worry about it so how to get more flexible?

  1. id agree with stretching, but if you're into martial arts and it's available I'd say look for tai chi. Its great for flexibility and it's a relaxing art. Also ninjutsu does offer soem flexibility training.
