Brazilian girls if you like a darker toned female although some are very lite, Colombians if they you are geared to more lighter females but they do have some darker complexioned ones

Though everybody should be judged individually, I'll answer your generalized question.

Colombians.  They are very attractive as a whole population, and friendly on top of that.  Brazilians are attractive, but just don't seem as personable as Colombians.
