  1. Forego the bread machines and buy a Bosch Mixer.  It does all the kneading for you and you will get the nicest, fluffiest bread you've ever had.  The bread machines just can't knead the dough well enough with that little plastic thingy swirling around in there.


  2. my aunt received one for her birthday and made bread for Christmas using it , it was fantastic and i don't you can go wrong with it/
