Break a lock?

Question

hi. how do u break a lock from the outside. like front door of my own house with out picking it and it has no screws from the outside obviously? And i dont want to pay for a lock smith :(((

If you have a drill you can drill out were the key goes and any s***w driver type tool will open it.

Why can't you just unscrew the door k**b from the inside of your home?  If you are on the computer, you are probably in there?  And if your home has to be protected by a lock, why would you need to ruin the k**b?  It would cost the same for a good door k**b or a locksmith, so I would recommend a locksmith :)

You take a crowbar and rip the door open.  By the way, repairing the damage done will most likely cost more than calling a locksmith since what will happen is that the bolt will rip through the door frame or the lock will rip through the door.

If it is your own house why not break a window, it may be cheaper than replacing the lock.  Then, of course, it may not be your house.

lol get a big file and wear it off (might take 3-5 months)

if there is a gap between the door and frame where u can fit a card. stick the card in above the lock and slide down it should free the lock to where you can push the door open..... if that doesn't work you can kick it or check and see if any of your windows are unlock.... hope you get in.
