Is it okay if a couple of breakers on my electrical panel are slightly warm. I heard that you should check to see if any breakers are in a bad condition or to see if any melting is going on. My panel is a farly new panel and I was wondering if this is okay

  1. Check the rating. Some motors are rated for 40C over ambient. This is too hot to touch but is normal.

  2. Slightly warm is okay.

It only means that your breaker is having a load.

Your breaker temperature is  normal unless you can't touch it.

Have a look in your wire connections and make sure everything is tight.

Double check on the what is the breaker for and how much load it carries.

    That's just some safety tips.

For me, warm is still normal.

  3. If electricity has been running for more than a few minutes it will get warm. Perfectly normal.
