Breaker tripping?

Question

I have about a 8plus y.o. true 12 cubic foot glass door freezer. heres the problem. when i turn it on the motor runs for a sec. then it kicks the breaker. it is only 120 and got it on its on breaker. i changed out the running capacitor and it still does the same thing . any other ideas?
