  1. Ok, so take one or two eggs and crack them into a bowl. Whisk with a fork until blended into an orangey yellow mixture. Take some onions, peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, cubed ham/chicken, etc. (whatever ingredients you like) and mix them into your egg. Turn on the stove (high) and when it is hot, spray Pam or cooking spray onto a pan so the omelet doesn't stick. Pour egg onto the pan and move pan around so the egg mixture spreads out. Wait a few minutes, and when the top looks semi cooked, flip it over with a spatula. Then press down with back of spatula. when it is cooked to your satisfaction, spread shredded cheese onto half of the omelet and fold over, when cheese is melted put onto a plate and eat it with toast and I can't believe it's not butter. And ketchup if you like it.

P.S. I'm only twelve and i have been cooking this since I was 9. It always turns out perfectly delicious.

  2. Beat the eggs, season with salt & pepper to taste, add your mix-ins (ham, peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc.).

Put a small bit of oil in a pan or you can use cooking spray.  Pour your mixture in.  Once solid, flip.  add cheese if you'd like and fold in half.

  3. eggs, and add whatever you want into it

  4. That's funny, I JUST wrote this description of how to cook an omelete with few ingredients:

You can make a killer omelete.

Cook your bacon on a plate with paper towels in the microwave. (About one minute per slice of bacon) When it's crispy, crumble it coarsely.

Crack your eggs, beat them, throw in a dash of chili powder and salt and pepper.

    Chop your peppers and onion.

I assume your chicken breast is cooked through. If not, skip the chicken breast. (Too much trouble and don't really need it.)

Heat a skillet over medium low. Spray it with canola oil if you have it, or a dab of butter or olive oil will do.

Throw your peppers and onion in the pan, and saute until they are golden and soft, stirring occasionally. Spread them evenly on the bottom of the pan.

Then add the beaten egg. Don't stir the egg and veggies yet. Let the egg sit on top of the veggies for about 2 minutes.

When the egg starts to look opaque along the edges, slice the whole thing in half and lift up the edges to allow the uncooked egg to slide underneath. Let it sit a little longer.

Sprinkle the bacon (and chicken) evenly over the top. You can fold one half over the other when you get nervous about burning the eggs.

Try roasting your cherry tomatoes and putting them on top.

  5. its pretty simple...

crack 2-3 eggs in a bowl depending on how big you want your omelette.

add a splash of milk, salt and pepper.

whisk with a fork LOTS. the fluffier the better.

put some oil or fat in frying pan and put on hob.

when the oil is hot add the milk mixture and turn the heat down.

what you need to do now is gently move the outsides in to create space round the edges.

move the pan to allow uncooked egg to fill up these spaces.

keep doing this til nearly set on top.

what i do then is put the frying pan under the grill under the top is fluffy.
