what do u order when eating breakfast at

a restaurant?

First I never eat breakfast at a restaurant...has to be a GREAT DINER... and I usually order the same thing...   Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese omelet... home fries well done... whole wheat toast...butter on the side  all with a great cup of coffee...YYYUUUUMMMMM... other times I have a sausage and mozzarella omelet... with a side of sauce (yes spaghetti sauce) home fries well done (if you don't ask for them well done they can be underdone and yucky) rye toast and a diet coke  ummmm hummm

Don't over load on too much fat. Forget the gravy. Bacon is fatty. Try blueberry pancakes with sugar free syrup. An egg won't hurt, with grits. Coffee is o.k. Whole grain toast with jam is o.k.

i get the belgium waffles with strawberries and whipcream..and a large apple juice or i get an omlet or eggs and homefries ;)

I like an egg skillet with all kinds of goodies in it. Then, a side multi grain pancake. Plenty of coffee/water and an orange juice. But, what tops it off is having my 7 year old grandson with me and we have great conversations.
