Are you asking for ideas of what you can do in these lessons?

Are the lessons during the time when the student is having breakfast. If so start with using pecs for food and then move on to other areas

Even if the student is not autistic keep distractions to a minimum as if they are using pecs they probably still have some problems with communication.
