Breakfasts in Paris?

Does anybody know 8 really good breakfasts in Paris/France?

The French eat Coffee and croissants for breakfasts, so, a really good breakfast...that´s pretty much it.

Ooh breakfast in France, lovely!!  I used to have a bowl of hot chocolate (yes, a whole bowl of it!) and croissants and maybe some French bread.  You dip the bread and croissants into the bowl of hot chocolate.  Amazing.

Or you simply go to the boulangerie and get some croissants or pain au chocolat or almond croissants and of course pick up your baguette while you're there.

They do often eat cereal too.

The French mostly have coffee with pastries (eg. croissants) or bread.  For something more substantial they may have something like oeuffs en cocette.
