  1. If he buys it they will come.  He will definitely get a cup date there, it's a nice track and it deserves to be on the cup schedule.

    3 STR8 N 08!!!

  2. Remember how he bought New Hampshire last year? I'd bet that one of those dates would go to Kentucky.

  3. He will get the track a date.

  4. yeah i've gotta think he'll move a NH date. Jeez.... im just sittin here thinkin of how it would be to have all that success. well what should i do today, oh i know ill buy another track. :)

  5. I don't think he can get away with moving more than one of the N.H. dates without starting a congressional investigation NASCAR is walking a a tightrope that is about as thin as a human hair with ownership split between Smith and the France family. They don't have baseballs exemption as far as the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. They have been getting by on a wink and a prayer but if a Trump or a Romney or even a Hendrick decide they want a track and a date their goose is cooked.

  6. I hope he does move one of NH dates here,  those races are snore fests every year. Sorry NH fans, I call 'em the way I see 'em

Gonna need to add seats though, It only has seating for 69,000. Pretty small by most tracks standards. If anyone had to buy it, glad it was Bruton. He carries a lot of weight.

  7. knowing bruton, he may just take a new hampshire date and move it there, then threaten to move the whole track to another state if they don't work a second vegas date into the schedule...

    ;-)

  8. NASCAR won't give him a date, they have proven that.  But they may allow him to move a N H. date there, or Atlanta date.

  9. Two things can happen. He'll either close the track or find a way to get a Cup date there. He wouldn't buy it unless he was planning on getting a Cup date. That's what I think anyway.

  10. At least it's in the South!

  11. I hope he has to cut a race from one of his current tracks if he does get a date at Kentucky. (I'm still sore about him buying North Wilkesboro and Rockingham only to take away their races and shut them down. Thanks to Andy Hillenburg for buying Rockingham and getting it back running!)

  12. That is the ONLY reason he bought it........................It will happen!
