Breaking News: Roy Keane sacked by Ipswich Town
Recent reports from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 indicate that the former Manchester United midfielder and current coach of Ipswich Town has been sacked by the owners of the club.
Roy Keane was on a great run during the Carling Cup and has taken the English second tire team to the semi final stages of the Cup.
Keane has won 28 games out of 81 which is a record for Ipswich Town at the moment. However, this is apparently not a good enough result for the owners of the club. Reports suggest that he might have been sacked because he has lost 7 out of 9 last games with
the team. The Club owners do not want him in charge any longer.
However, Ipswich Town have to play a set of difficult matches in the coming weeks. This weekend, the second tire team has to play against the current English Champions http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786, after which they have to play the Carling Cup semi final against Arsenal, who
are currently on the road to winning not only the Carling Cup but also the FA Cup and the English Premier League.
These reports have not been confirmed yet, but rumours suggest the club has already fired the Irish manager.
